This privacy policy can be modified at any time so frequent reviews are recommended. If we make significant changes to the privacy policy, we will let you know. 

Terms and Conditions

Order acceptance occurs when payment has been made.

Printing will begin once a confirmation email is received from the buyer, confirming that the proof is spelt correctly.

The low resolution proof is to check spelling and correctness of the name and message required, not for design commentary.

Artwork designs, logos, trademarks, copyrights, photographs and all Intellectual Property Rights related, are the exclusive property of Alf and the Walnut. You are not permitted to publish, amend, reproduce, copy or produce derivative works of any of the content on the website or content sent to you, or use it with any other business.

Refund Policy

Due to this being a bespoke item, items are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your purchase, please let me know within 5 days of receipt and I will gladly look into it for you. Please retain original packaging for any issues to be resolved.
